(hereinafter, "SAEM"), identified with Tax ID (NIT) 900.756.372-4 and domiciled at Calle 72 No. 86 – 60, Local 35, in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in its capacity as Data Controller, is committed to the privacy and security of the personal data of its clients, shareholders, suppliers, business partners, employees and other data subjects whose information it processes in the course of its business activities. In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and related regulations, SAEM adopts this Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, through which data subjects may learn how their personal data are collected, stored and processed, as well as their rights, guarantees, procedures and channels available to exercise them.

Processing may be carried out directly by SAEM, by related companies or by third parties engaged for such purposes, who shall comply with the data protection policies and procedures defined by SAEM.Personal data will be processed within the scope of the authorization granted by the data subject and/or in accordance with the terms established by law.
